Sara Hull, 83 of Dix, Nebraska died Friday morning, May 27, 2011 at the Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, June 2, 2011 in the Dix Bible Church in Dix with Pastor Virgil Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Dix Cemetery.
Memorials have been established to the family.
Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.
Sara Mae Hull, the daughter of David and Suzanne Richey was born July 27, 1927 at Brewster, Nebraska. She was raised in Dunning, Nebraska where she received her education.
She later moved to Sterling, Colorado where she married Francis Hull on June 10, 1983. They moved to Dix where they lived at the time of her death.
Sara was a wonderful woman that thrived on caring for her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Francis of Dix, NE; four sons: Kenney Ward and wife Helen of Dix, NE; and Earl Ward and wife Pam, Albert Kohl and wife Kathleen and Eddie Kohl all of Sterling, CO; Step-daughters: Miranda Beyer of Sidney, NE, Stephanie Hanway and husband Stacy of Chappell, NE, Cinthia Dill and husband John of Cheyenne, WY and Celeste Baker and husband Brad of Merino, CO, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Kay Marie Holcomb and one daughter-in-law Stella Kohl.
Holechek Funeral Home and Cremations in Sidney is serving the Hull family.
