Victoria Daniels, 15 of Lodgepole, Nebraska died Thursday morning, September 29, 2011 at Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 4, 2011 in the Lodgepole Community Center with Pastor Kelvin Boltjes of the Sidney Foursquare Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery at Lodgepole.
Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday at the Holechek Funeral Home in Sidney.
Memorials have been established to the family.
Victoria Anne Daniels, the daughter of Len G. and Dawn P. (Heuck) Daniels was born October 17, 1995 in Denver, Colorado. She grew up in the Lodgepole area where she attended grade school and was currently a student at Creek Valley High School. She played volleyball and was active in other school activities before complications from Spina bifida prevented her participation.
Survivors include her parents Len and Dawn Daniels of Lodgepole, NE; two brothers: Jamie Daniels of Sidney, NE and Andrew Herzog of Norfolk, NE; three sisters: Robin Daniels of Sidney, NE, Amanda Daniels of Wilmer, AL and Jennifer Herzog of Oakland, NE; grandparents Ron and Jean Heuck of Lodgepole, NE and great-grandmother Thelma Brothers of Kimball, NE
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and great-grandparents.
Holechek Funeral Home and Cremations in Sidney is serving the Daniels family.
