Richard Todd Jackson “Todd”, 52, of Oshkosh, formerly of Mitchell, Nebraska, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday evening, January 17, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 22, 2015 at the Oshkosh Wesleyan Church with Pastor Maynard McCarthy officiating. Private family burial will follow in Minatare.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Holechek Funeral Home in Oshkosh.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Todd’s name can be made to the family for later designation.

Richard Todd Jackson was born October 27, 1963 in Scottsbluff Nebraska to Richard Lee Jackson and the late Charlotte Jean (Kreiling) Jackson. Todd graduated from Mitchell High School in Mitchell NE in 1982.

He was married to Julie (Johnson) Jackson on June 16, 1984 in Gering Nebraska.

He is survived by his wife Julie of 31 years, children Broque and Jami Jackson of Kearney, Braelyn and Tom Blaha of Scottsbluff, and Tristen Jackson of Oshkosh, grandchildren Traven Jackson, Phellix Jackson, and Charlotte Jackson, father Richard Jackson of Fleming CO, sister Crystal and Jerry Mayfield of Fullerton NE, brother Roger and Traci Jackson of Aurora CO, brother David and Jennifer Jackson of Gering NE, father-in-law John S. Johnson of Phoenix AZ, mother-in-law Carol Johnson of Gering NE, brothers-in-law Dave Johnson of Gering NE, John D. Jonson of Phoenix AZ. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Todd was preceded in death by mother, Charlotte Jean Jackson, paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.
