Bob was born December 13, 1938 to James and Blanche Pressler in New Castle, Colorado. He served in the US Navy from July 1956 to May 1959.
Bob raised his family with first wife, Jeanie, in Morrison, Colorado. He retired from Coors Brewery and moved to Hamilton, Montana, before settling in Lewellen in 2011.

He loved camping, hunting, fishing, and golfing with his family and too many friends to count. Bob took his final hunting trip on November 15, 2025 with his grandson, Kaleb and son, Todd the day after having surgery. Bob enjoyed trips to Sturgis, riding his Harley with friends from Coors. He was a member of the Wesleyan Church in Lewellen.
Bob is survived by his son Todd (Tracy) Pressler and their children, Tanner and Trevor; step-daughter, Tammy Bastian and children, Tyson, Tess Allen; son, Tony (Raquel) Pressler, Trey, Jessie (Brick) Paskieuicz with Bob’s first great grand Bo James and Kaleb; son, Trent (ex wife Sandra Russell) Pressler and their child Tori; sister Deanna Hettles; brother-in-law, Jeff Stockviss; closest cousins, Butch (Eileen) Pressler and many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
