Kevin Schmid

Kevin C. Schmid, 63, of Cheyenne, WY passed away peacefully in his home on the 22nd of September, 2025.

Kevin was born on the 14th of July 1962 in North Platte, NE to Alfred and Joan (Nozicka) Schmid.

Kevin graduated from Garden County, NE high school.

Kevin graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in civil engineering and worked as a Hydraulic Project Engineer for the State of Wyoming. He retired in 2022. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his children, going camping and fishing and working on his family ranch in Oshkosh, NE.

Kevin is survived by his daughters, Rita and Milana Schmid as well as his brother Robert Schmid and his 3 children and their families.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Joan Schmid.
