Sharon McGinnis

Sharon McGinnis, 62, of rural Chappell passed away Sunday morning, December 6, 2020 at her home.

At Sharon’s request private family services will be held.

Holechek-Bondegard Funeral Home and Cremations in Oshkosh is serving the McGinnis family.

Sharon Marie Appelgren McGinnis was born July 25, 1958 to Edward and June (Wenner) Appelgren in Colorado.  She spent her last years on the farm in the country.

She is survived by her children, Heather Dawn (McGinnis) Richardson, Angela Raya Sparks, and Johnathan Eric Joseph Sparks, siblings, Kathy Mar, Diana Forsyth, and Edward Appelgren, 4 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Edward in 1996 and June in 2011, and sisters, Debra Jean (Appelgren) Torbet and Barbara June (Carr) Byrd.
